FAQ: OTP Email Delivery Issues

Why am I not receiving my OTP emails?

We are currently experiencing issues with delivering OTP (One-Time Password) emails to Yahoo email addresses. This may prevent you from receiving necessary authentication codes for account access.

What should I do if I have a Yahoo email address?

To ensure you receive OTP emails without interruption, we recommend using an alternative email service provider, such as Gmail, Outlook, or any other non-Yahoo email address.

How do I update my email address?

Follow these steps to update your email address on JustEasyBook.com:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the Profile-> Personal Details section.
  3. Enter a new non-Yahoo email address.
  4. Save the changes.

What if I am trying to register with a Yahoo email address?

If you are attempting to register and are using a Yahoo email address, please use an alternative email service (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) to complete the registration process. This will ensure you receive the OTP emails required to activate your account.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

Sometimes, our emails may end up in your junk or spam folder. Please check these folders if you do not see the OTP email in your inbox.

How do I mark JustEasyBook emails as non-spam?

To ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your junk/spam folder for emails from JustEasyBook.
  2. If you find any, mark them as "Not Spam" or move them to your inbox.
  3. Add info@justeasybook.com to your email contacts to help ensure future emails are delivered directly to your inbox.
